  1. Open the OneDrive service, and select the taskbar icon of OneDrive.
  2. Afterward, select the More option and choose Settings.
  3. Once you reach the menu of MS OneDrive, choose the tab of Account.
  4. Select the ‘Unlink this PC’ option.
  5. You should choose the ‘unlink Account’ option.
  6. Now, reboot the system.
  7. On the next system startup, launch the OneDrive once again and input the password and email to link the account with the system again.

Remove the Identity Keys through the Registry Editor

  1. Hit the Windows and R hotkeys simultaneously to launch the Run pop-up.
  2. Then use the left side menu to reach the following location: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity\Identities
  3. Go to the Identities key and right-click on it.
  4. Now, click on the Delete button.
  5. Later, shut the Registry Editor then reboot the system.
